Instructions For Use：
Measure circumference of thigh and calf with leg extended before using. Refer to sizing chart to select proper size. Loosen straps (then refasten) to ease application. Step into brace and pull it to makethe knee cap onto the donut. Pass the circumferential strap through plastic loop and secure snugly. Finally, make sure that when you bend your knees, your knees are in the middle of the silicone cushion, and the support bars are on both sides of your knees.
